  Bought a dashcam back in April. Gotten it installed at bestbuy and didn't think to check the work before I left. Fast forward to may I notice the job was not done to a professional standard. Wire clips wasn't used to route the main camera wire. The rear camera was put on slanted and the wire run through the gramet rubber tube under the trunk lift gate but the gramet was pried open. Why not run the wire inside the tubing if you already pried it open? Also my cigarette lighter power adapter was kept instead of putting it back in the box.

  Worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to! No one is willing to help even after informing them you need help at a certain department. Waited 30 min and no help ! Be better thank you for the great customer service

  My computer keep shutting down saying it was updating and I couldn't figure out what was going on or make it stop. I got a same-day appointment at Best Buy and was helped by a young man named Ahmed who quietly and quickly reviewed all my systems, made everything better, answered all my questions, showed me what virus protection I could use for free instead of paying for it and made sure it was installed properly, inquired about how often I turned my computer all the way off (rarely) and told me to do so frequently. I was in very good hands and the fee was nominal. Yah!

  Arrived to pick up item, it was after 10am and according to online hours, they should've been open. There were a handful of people waiting for the store to open even an Individual came out to give someone their curbside pick up. I approached the worker who then reported they open at 11. When I attempted to call the store everything is AI. I dont talk to robots and the fact that it is the only option to waste my time, I will be limiting my shopping at best buy.

  So lemme get this straight. You advertise a sale and have ZERO items in your inventory, and you direct me to a store that is over 2 hours away? Why would I ever visit a bricks and mortar Best Buy EVERY AGAIN? Amazon can ship it overnight. You cannot. Why wouldn't I skip BB altogether and just buy from Amazon?? Answer: next time I'll just buy from Amazon and save myself the time, trouble, and hassle of dealing with a minimum wage employee who cares less about me than he does about his job or his employer. Failing business model.
