  I had to visit this store two days in a row, both during busy rushes. It seems like the people that work here truly want to help and are so positive. Idk if they really just love their jobs or what lol but it was a pleasant experience despite how packed and busy the store was.

  Had an appointment at 11:40 . It's noon and we're still waiting. Not very happy right now. I mean, the amount of money I've spent here over the years I expect more. Seems like walk ins get helped first.

  I’m really upset that Apple recommended my wife a phone case for the iPhone 17 we purchased for her. When I first saw the case, it was super thin but the Apple worker recommended that the case was good so we went ahead with the purchase. It’s only been one month and we dropped the phone and the camera cracked instantly, the case that was recommended did not protect the iPhone as what the Apple worker had informed us. I have an iPhone 12 with a case I bought not from the Apple Store. My phone has been dropped so many times and it has never cracked. DO NOT EVER BUY A PHONE CASE FROM ANY APPLE STORE, THEY JUST WANT MONEY.

  I purchased a new phone from Verizon and had a number of difficulties transferring the data from the old phone to the new phone. I went to this Verizon store for help. Due to the tech difficulties I was experiencing, I did not make an Apple genus appointment. The employee who greeted me, Gabe, was extremely helpful. He scheduled with me with their tech support and while I waited for my appointment slot, he helped to troubleshoot the transfer issue. Ultimately, Gabe was able to resolve the issue before my appointment time started.

  AppleCare is a scam. Don't buy it. They don't fix anything. They just tell you they couldn't find a problem. If it's something so obvious as a cracked screen, they might fix it, but you will have to go without your work computer for 1-2 weeks and pay a giant deductible. Thankfully, they were at least able to erase my whole phone – they thought that might fix the issue. Now I get to wait a few days for my phone to redownload all 250gb of data, then I should be able to confirm that that did not fix the issue. Thanks, Apple! I'm certainly never buying applecare again. And might switch to Android.
