This was my first experience getting an Apple device serviced, and unfortunately, it was extremely stressful. I had an appointment for a battery replacement on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, arrived and checked in on time, but still waited around 20–30 minutes past my appointment before being helped. My iPhone was fully functional when I brought it in; the only issue was the degraded battery. During the battery replacement, however, there were complications, and an employee later showed me my original phone with colored lines across the display. Apple took responsibility and replaced my iPhone 14 Pro Max, which I genuinely appreciate. I was not charged for the replacement phone and only paid once—the original price of the battery service I came in for. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of the experience. Setting up the replacement turned into roughly two additional hours of problems with iCloud and my eSIM. Eventually, I was sent to the T-Mobile store in the mall, but they couldn’t help because I wasn’t authorized on the account. By that point the mall was closing, and I had to leave without cellular service or access to my phone number. I understand that complications can happen during repairs, and I appreciate Apple taking responsibility for the damaged device, but I walked in with a fully functional iPhone that only needed a new battery and walked out hours later without my original phone and without cellular service. For my first experience with Apple service, I expected much better.

Attempted to connect with this store, got sent through multiple Ai chat agents and stuck with an Apple Assistant that was unwilling to help. Hung up on me instead of helping diagnose a carplay issue, likely because they knew it was something in the IOS 26.6.1 firmware causing the issue.

My son made an appointment to get his cracked screen fixed. We checked in and were told to wait at the counter. 35 minutes later, still nobody had even acknowledged us. We decided to leave and went upstairs to a cellphone repair store. The guy helped us immediately, had the repair done in 30 minutes, and charged us less than Apple would have.

Worked with A Nice Man Named Johnathan. He helped me with my iPhone 15 and getting the charging port fixed to have my phone for my trip for my dad's memorial coming up this weekend. Johnathan explained everything to me when I got locked out my Appleid, and explained the next steps in continuing to get my phone working and fixed. I left and came back the same day, and Johnathan still assisted on helping me get the problem fixed. We were able to get into an old iPhone with my Appleid to get my 15' fixed. He was very patient, and understanding, and gave great Intel, and reassured in everything that was going on and moving forward. Thank You again Johnathan!!

Made an appointment to fix my screen days ahead of time. At that time they knew my phone model. Day of appointment. Not a single employee cares to assist. Had to ask multiple employees to check me in. Eye rolls. After finally getting checked in I waited 30 minutes to see Johnathan while other people without appointments got helped ahead of me. Why schedule an appointment if they aren’t available? He was rude through the entire experience. Repeatedly said “thats not my problem.” Told me I might as well replace my 2.5 year old phone anyways. Then told me they didnt have the part and that I would need to wait 5 days and come back. I drove 2 hours round trip for the first appointment after they had already acknowledged what needed to be replaced. If you want your time wasted and the employees to treat you like dirt go to this apple store for repairs.
