- JJjosieApr 16, 20261.0takes absolutely FOREVER to do anything. made an appointment and called the night before to make sure they had my part. they confirmed they did have the part and i could come in saturday to get it fixed (after the canceled my friday appointment due to short staff.) when i arrived saturday not only did i have to sit and wait for an hour ( my appointment started 12, i didn’t get helped till 1:20) they claimed they did not have my part. although i called the night before asking if they had it. they had only had a few appointments before me so what are the odds they also needed a pink iphone 15 plus backglass. either way i said whatever, please order it and i will come back in. they made me pay for the service prior to even getting my phone fixed. after a week without hearing anything i called to check on the arrival of the part and was told it had not arrived and they don’t know when it’s coming. it has been almost a month and im yet to hear anything about my part that i already payed for and sat in best buy for 2 hours ( another hour waiting for them to “print paper work”). so i will forever go through the apple store moving forward.
