  Bad experience Rochester Cricket. Had 4 family members on Cricket. Fifth line was to be free under my contract. Worker said it would be an extra 15.00 a month for another line.I said ok. (Apparently it’s going to be an extra 45.00 a month. Bought phone. I didn’t need a phone case, but worker insisted the phone case was “free”. Charged me 39.99. I should have looked at the receipt, but didn’t. I cancelled my new Cricket line after finding out the real cost I would be paying each month. They wouldn’t issue refund for unopened phone case even though they told me it was “free”. (Woman on duty called manager and he said no to refund, return window was closed. 10days. Could hear him on the phone, seems like someone you’d hate to work for. Going to Verizon. Also, the plan I had previously with Cricket for 4 lines for my family was 100.00 a month. Now it is 115.00 going forward because the old plan must be null and void after I tried to add a line? Will eventually get the rest of family off Cricket. Cricket stores might be better elsewhere, but Rochester Cricket not good. First worker that “ helped” me gets 0 stars. Second woman who tried to help me gets 4 stars. Manager gets 0 stars.

  Today, November 19, 2024 @1:27pm If I could give a 0 star I would. I've been a customer here for almost 5 years, and this is the second time I've come to this location and been treated disrespectfully and that is unacceptable. The staff here are so rude and unprofessional…i have a video. Trust me I would not recommend coming here. It's not worth it.
