  Kricket was awesome! Super welcoming from the minute my fiancé and I walked in tonight to switch my cell service and upgrade my iPhone. She was very knowledgeable and honest/up front about pricing so there were no surprises. I’ve never had that great of an experience with any other phone company. Definitely made me feel like I made the right choice switching to Cricket.

  Very helpful dude. Told us what we could do even though he was getting nothing out of it. He told us how to handle our problem at a Texas Cricket store.
