- UTUSA Today2 days ago1.0Very disappointed went to buy the new 18 iPhone Pro Max one terabyte they messed up. My order was extremely frustrated with that. They were gonna send it to my house but they told me to pick it up in Rosedale so now I see why they have a very low star rating. I do not recommend doing business here.
- PMPaige MorrisSep 19, 20265.0Staff is amazing and so helpful thanks for helping my purchase my new Iphone!
- MPMatt PotterSep 13, 20263.0Lost my line in the queue and just to get a laptop evaluated to end up leaving for repair especially when I have an extended warranty. Was really disappointing and a big waste of my time.
- NMneba mahirAug 27, 20261.0They tell you it’s a 10-15 minutes wait but it’s actually an hour
- JVJennifer VerbruggeAug 6, 20262.0It’s so freaking cold in this store that I’m getting frostbite! 65 degrees is unnecessarily low for air conditioning unless you’re sleeping. At least offer blankets! My appointment was supposed to start 30 minutes ago. Maybe the person who is supposed to help me is busy chiseling a caveman technician out of a glacier in the back room? Or are you literally selling apples here and you’re keeping it cold like a refrigerator to keep them fresh? Am I going to run into Danny and the twins? Where is the hedge maze? I’ve had service two times this week at different stores both with reasonable temperatures. Wait! is this some sort of ploy to get me to buy a Canada Goose coat at Nordstroms? Dang. Business Costco’s walk-in freezer has jackets hanging outside for customers comfort. Maybe you should consider that? I can’t type anymore. Sooo cooolllllddd 🥶
