  I went in Ridgedale Apple for a battery replacement. The phone was worse after they replaced the battery. It heated up continually and couldn’t hold a charge. I wonder if they even did a battery replacement? Additionally they broke a piece of my phone which they did replace. I then went to 2 other Apple stores to see if they could fix the issue. They were equally unhelpful. Did tons of diagnostic tests and said nothing was wrong. Beware when someone calls THEMSELVES geniuses lol.

  I had a very frustrating experience at the Apple Store Ridgedale. I scheduled an appointment for 11:50 a.m. to have my iPhone battery replaced (battery health at 77%), and I even checked in early at 11:40. Despite that, I wasn’t actually helped until around 12:40—nearly an hour after my scheduled time. What’s most frustrating is the lack of purpose behind the “appointment” system. I was told I was “next in line,” but still ended up waiting a long time with no real updates or communication. If the store is running behind, that should be clearly communicated. Otherwise, what’s the point of reserving a time slot? I wouldn’t have minded waiting if they had simply taken my phone in and started the process when they were able, instead of requiring me to sit there the entire time. The whole experience felt disorganized and dismissive of customers’ time. For a company known for customer experience, this was really disappointing. I hope they improve how they manage appointments and communicate with customers in the future.
