    If I can give it a zero, I would. Most discriminated and lazy store i ever been to. My wife and I walked in and no one greeted us. Saw 1 worker just standing around. 3 workers crowded 1 customer. Every workers avoided eye contact with us. We just stood there out of place for a few minutes. I finally went up to 1 worker and he finally helped us, but couldn't solved our issue. He told us to call the Apple customer service line instead. Which we did and they couldn't help, and direct us to go into an Apple store. Worst customer services by Apple.

    I walked In for help. I needed a phone asap, road trip and I wanted to upgrade to ProMax. I wasn’t greeted. I was told to stand by a table! I stood by the table and nobody helped me! I watched 4 Apple employees talk as I stood! Does Apple even care about their customers????

    So far have had good experiences at this Apple Store. I took my Mac in for a screen repair. They did not have the right screen at the store and ordered it for me, which took about a week to come in. They told me it would be a week to repair the screen on my laptop and will let me know when it’s done. I’m hoping for sooner :) Will update review when I get my Mac back!

    It was almost a 30 minute to be seen for my appointment. The woman next to me was also there for a battery replacement and had to wait a similar amount of time. The specialists came out instead of the techs and immediately started a sales pitch for a new phone rather than a battery replacement before even looking at my phone. I was so taken back because apple has never been like this before. I had to be very direct to get them to even talk about whether a replacement was on the table. They ended up running a diagnostic and saying they would not replace the battery. They cancelled my appointment and apple didn’t send any survey because the appointment just looks cancelled in my support center. Apple has always been great so that was a surprisingly bad experience.

    I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service we received from an associate named Lily. My siblings and I visited the store intending to purchase three iPhones as gifts for our nephews. We ultimately purchased two iPhone 17s and were planning to buy an iPhone 17 Pro as well. Unfortunately, the experience we had with Lily was extremely frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, Lily was assisting us while simultaneously helping another customer. Although we were the first customers she was working with, her attention was repeatedly diverted to the other customer, leaving us feeling ignored and unimportant. Instead of providing us with the assistance and attention we deserved, she seemed far more focused on the other individual. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there appeared to be plenty of other associates available who could have helped the other customer. Rather than ensuring we received proper service, Lily continued splitting her attention, resulting in a poor customer experience. At one point, I calmly asked her, “Are you still working with us?” because it genuinely felt like we no longer existed. The lack of attention, professionalism, and respect was extremely disappointing. We were prepared to make a significant purchase, yet we felt disregarded throughout the interaction. While we did proceed with purchasing two iPhone 17s, we decided to take our business elsewhere for the third phone because of the way we were treated. The experience felt disrespectful, insulting, and far below the level of customer service we expected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate coaching is provided to ensure future customers do not have a similar experience.
