This review is specifically for Dr. Drasti Chaudhari, the best veterinarian I've ever had the pleasure to work with.
I've been a dog owner for nearly 20 years and in that time have seen vets all over the Twin Cities. As long as Dr. Drasti is practicing vet med she is the only doctor I'll bring my future dogs to see.
I met her about a year and a half ago at her previous clinic and continued seeing her more frequently with my dog, Zero, after he was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease.
We followed Dr. Drasti to VCA All About Pets and she has been with us through a rollercoaster of new symptoms and diasgnoses, up until the very end. Each time something new popped up for him Dr. Drasti would exhaust every learning resource she had, including reaching out to her greater network of colleagues, to make sure we were doing everything we could for him. It worked, everytime we thought the end was very near he would recover, until this month when his poor body could no longer keep up with his spirit.
Thanks to her brilliance, dedication, and love for Zero he was able to live with miraculous quality of life far past what was expected of him given the advanced level of his kidney disease.
Dr. Drasti was the one to help us say goodbye, Zero loved her nearly as much as he loved me, and the heart she demonstrated in that moment with us, and in so many moments before, are gifts I feel I can never fully repay her for.
I refer to Dr. Drasti as an actual angel to my friends and recommend her to everyone I know who has a pet. Having a family
member treated by her is an honor and a privilege.

I had been bringing my two pet rabbits for the last 7+ years to this clinic. Dr. Kokes was very educated and kind with them and always happy to see them and help.
About 2 months ago I brought my rabbit in for her annual check up. The Dr. told me I should consider finding a new vet to see her since they no longer have medications for them in house and I'd have to go next door to Walgreens if my bunny was ever sick and needed something. She also said they no longer have the ability to do labs or scans etc. for rabbits. She said I can bring her in for nail trims and annual check ups, but for emergencies try to find a clinic that has meds on hand. I do have another place I go for emergencies, so I saw no issue with this.
Shortly after, my rabbit came down with GI Stasis. I brought her to the emergency vet where they gave her everything she needed (shout out to Aurora Urgent Veterinary Clinic in White Bear Lake). She ended up having a reoccuring eye infection, and the vet there said to call her main doctor to see if she had any suggestions on anything else we should try.
So I called and left a message with the receptionist asking if she could get a professional opinion from the doctor. She's been working with my rabbit for 7+ years now and knows her best.
Well I got a call back later that day from the receptionist. She was extremely short with me and told me the doctor no longer wants to see my rabbit and that she would not be giving any opinions or advice over the phone. She said it's time for me to "move on" and find a new vet.
I was quite taken aback by this as they've never told me the doctor had any issue seeing my rabbits. I had just brought her in a month prior and had been told she was more than welcome to be there.
I feel this was highly unprofessional behaviour that could have been handled much differently. If the doctor was no longer seeing small animals and no longer staying up to date on their needs, that is something she could have and should have told me at our last check up. I will find a new vet for her yearly check up and nail trims, but I am very disappointed with how things ended here.

Dr.Drasti has taken such good care of my cat Feyra. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me through a new diagnosis of Asthma for Feyra. Dr.Drasti is the type of vet that you can tell actually cares about your pet.
