  This is hands down the absolute worst Apple Store I have ever had the misfortune of walking into. They force you to stand around waiting like an idiot while the store is completely empty. There is a whole army of staff standing around doing absolutely nothing, yet they actively choose to ignore you and waste your time. It is completely unacceptable.

  The racist manager refused to help me get help setting up my new I phone and kicked me out of the store because I asked a tech if he knew how to set up my phone and he said NO so I asked for a different tech. This place and apple suck! BTW I am a 65 year old white male. Discrimination !

  Horrible experience! We had an issue with the new Iphone and came in to exchange it for a new one, and instead of an even trade, they had us pay for the new one and return the old one, and wait for the refund. The average person can't just float $3,000 while they wait for the refund. I went to another apple store afterwards and confirmed that was not the correct process and was very odd!

  Very disappointing customer service policy. I needed to speak directly with someone at this Apple Store about a store-specific issue, but Apple Support told me customers are not allowed to call the physical store directly. So instead of making a simple phone call, I may have to drive all the way to the store just to get an answer. My complaint is not about the representative who helped me—she explained that this is Apple’s policy. My issue is with Apple’s system. For a company this large, customers should have a reasonable way to contact a specific store without having to physically drive there. Apple needs to improve this.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my new iPhone 17 at the Apple Store in Southdale Mall. Hafsa, who assisted us, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we never felt rushed. We truly appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude. Paul was also very helpful and quick to answer our questions. The entire team made the experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. The store was well organized, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. Hafsa and Paul are wonderful representatives of Apple. I highly recommend this location and will gladly return for future purchases!
