  Geek squad was pretty helpful, it’s a pretty small shop and things don’t move super quick so I ended up going to Minneapolis to get my phone repaired but I got my refund and the customer service was good. If you need things done same afternoon. Best bet is to drive to the cities but they’ll get it done.

  The service I experienced at the Duluth store was very good, but the delivery and return process was the complete opposite. I purchased a refrigerator and scheduled delivery. On the delivery date, I received notifications reminding me to prepare, along with an estimated delivery window, followed by a message with a specific time. However, when I checked the tracking link again, it suddenly showed that I had no delivery scheduled at all. Contacting the store directly was not an option. Instead, I was routed to a contracted customer service representative who could not explain why my delivery had been canceled. After getting nowhere, I decided to cancel my order. To make matters worse, I was only given a partial refund. I was told I would need to physically go to the store to receive the remaining $279. I live 65 miles away, meaning I would have to drive 130 miles round trip just to recover money for an appliance that was never delivered. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend choosing another retailer for appliance purchases.
