  Primary Vet for all the pets my family has ever had, willing to talk costs before procedures, has info on pet insurance, and will write prescriptions for outside sources like Chewy if you find a better deal than them.

  Doctor Allen is great with all of our dogs, big and small, friendly and skittish. We have greyhounds, Italian greyhounds, and a chocolate lab husky mix. He is knowledgeable about our breeds, and is kind and compassionate. The clinic always seem to be able to get us in within a day or same day as needed. Their app is handy for bookings and receipts.

  Pretty good, but not my favorite. Other VCA locations present me with an itemized invoice for my approval prior to performing services and they did not do that when I went here which I found really odd. I don’t know if this is a more lucrative area, but what if I couldn’t afford those services? We also had to take our vet to the emergency room the night after she was seen at this location because they weren’t thorough enough, sent her home without pain management, and didn’t perform x rays to check if her urethra was blocked(spoiler, it was) and we needed to get her emergency surgery. The communication isn’t all that great either. The staff and doctor were kind enough, I’d say this place is probably good for routine issues(vaccines, check ups) but if you have larger concerns I don’t know if this is the best place.
