They did not tell me that medication would put me at twice the estimated price. They also neglected to tell me of side effects to the medication. I was also urged and not given an option on getting an ear cleaner that was $50 added to my bill. Over all I will not be going back and I will seek out a new vet if the health issues with my pet persists
- MBmegan bensonJul 23, 20182.0Brought my dog there A month ago for Allergies the doctor was great everything went good Updated shots no problems little expensive but went back for my second shots today and was told at my first First visit that it would just be the cost of shots nothing else why did I get charge for an exam when the doctor was too scared to even touch my dog I had to open her ears and all she did was look at my dog and give her treats but yet I got charge 49.99 for what? Not happy They should’ve told me there would be a charge for her looking at my dog when I just came for shots ! This lady wanted to put a muzzle on my dog for a what She growled one time at some guy that was in there and she was fine by the way That same guy gave her a shot with no problems and no muzzle! Will be going back to Annandale vet clinic where they’re not scared of my dog or they take good care of my dog And prices are amazing!
