  Yeah this place didn’t help me at all, went in to get my phone screen fixed. I live very far 4 hours. Have me no options to fix since it was too late in the day showed up at 2pm. Don’t waste your time at this garbage store. Go to Best Buy.

  Rep wore mask and also was hard to understand with her dialect. Ran quick diagnostic on phone and stated nothing was wrong. Stated that anti-virus software (non-Apple) was causing problem with connectivity and that it needed to be deleted. Have deleted that software and problem still affects connection. I will have to set up another appointment to address the problem.

  We had an excellent experience at the MOA Apple location. We needed to buy a new phone but ran into a couple of tech issues with our carrier pin. We worked with two specialists who were both incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They were able to solve the issue and get us checked out. They were easy to chat with which made the process fun and not stressful. We'll definitely be back!

  I visited the Apple Store today and purchased a phone. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received from some of the employees. I felt that the interactions were unprofessional and, at times, came across as discriminatory. Every customer should be treated with respect, courtesy, and equal attention regardless of their background or purchase amount. As a paying customer, it was disappointing to have this experience after making a significant purchase. I hope this feedback reaches the store management so they can review the situation and provide additional customer service and professionalism training to their employees. Apple is known for its high standards, and I believe every customer should receive the same level of respect and service that the company represents. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.

  We had a disappointing experience at the store. We visited to purchase an Apple iPhone 17 Pro, but the staff were unresponsive and unwilling to assist us. We felt that we were treated unfairly and experienced discriminatory behavior. We hope management will address this issue and improve customer service for all customers. Except that store is very good . Thank you
