  If I could put zero stars in this I definitely would. Customer service was terrible. Lack of communication and a whole bunch of excuses was trying to return a product and they told me a whole bunch of nonsense I myself worked for a phone company and know if there is Manufacture problem they have no choice but to exchange under warranty anyways, terrible customer service from management and the employees.

  Worst place to get help they will not try to even help if u buy a Apple product from Best Buy even if u get the top tier protection , will send u off to where u buy it , and its not true they should be able to help since Best Buy still sells the same type of Apple product as them their just lazy at the mall of America Apple Store

  The service was amazing. Ofgeha made my experience fast and efficient. He asked all the right questions, explained details throughly, even though the store was extremely busy. I’ve been to the Apple Store plenty of times and I’ve been upset with the service. This is the first time an employee made me feel welcomed. Thank you Ofgeha!!! You did amazing!

  Horrible customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. I came to this location with my brother to pick up a brand-new iPhone 18 that had been purchased through Apple. When we arrived, we were told that someone had already come in and picked up the order using the QR code. Obviously, this was extremely concerning because neither of us had picked up the phone. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff. Natalie, the Apple employee who originally sold the phone, was not helpful at all when we explained what had happened. Instead of taking the situation seriously and helping us understand how a brand-new iPhone could have been released to someone else, we were left feeling as though we were somehow responsible for the issue. I also spoke with the manager, Kevin, hoping that he would be able to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, he was extremely condescending and provided no meaningful assistance. Rather than taking ownership of the situation or attempting to investigate what happened, he essentially told us to contact Apple Support and left the responsibility on us. Apple Support ultimately did help us with the matter, but the way this location handled the situation was extremely disappointing. It honestly makes me question the security of the pickup process. If someone can supposedly walk in and pick up a brand-new, expensive phone simply by using a QR code, what additional verification is being done to ensure the order is actually being released to the correct customer? There should be a proper security verification process, especially for high-value items like a brand-new iPhone. The entire experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and frustrating. We came in expecting a simple pickup and instead had to deal with a serious issue while receiving little to no help from the employees or management. Customers should not be made to feel like they are at fault when something goes wrong with the store's pickup process. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this location. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and the lack of accountability from both the staff and management was unacceptable.
