  One of the worst customer service. We waited for an hour and still nobody showed up. We wanted to trade phone, later staff came up and said it’s not possible because of time even though the store was open for another 45 mins. If the service had started sooner, we would have got our phone and we drove for 2 hours to reach to the store with no use. We had to drive back another 2 hours back home for nothing We decided to not go to this store. I really wish I could give 0 stars if it was possible

  I just bought an iPhone 17 pro max here and as an old man, I can't help but comment. Most importantly, thank you Chris for a fast and smooth transaction. It's a special skill to not rush a customer, but to get the work done quickly, precisely and politely. The overall experience of the store, was a bit of a mess. Incredibly clean and sparse. It's cool to democratise the space with no employees behind counters and no obvious information desk, but it is a form that doesn't follow function. As Einstein might have said, an Apple store should be as simple as possible, but no simpler. I walked in, saw two green shirts chatting and asked to buy a phone. They pointed me to a large table with one employee and about eight people looking at / buying phones. I waited a minute and was asked what I wanted, I responded with a complete description of the phone I came to buy. I can't stand for very long these days, so I asked to go and sit down until it was my time to actually purchase. I was told to stay at the table I rested a cheek on the table and was gently told that wasn't allowed. After that I was allowed to go and sit down. Chris came over and worked his magic. All good, but the store was apparently designed in the Ayn Rand universe where there are no children or old people. Unfortunately it smacked of privilege and just like Tim Cook attending the inauguration, both Apple stores I visited that day had armed policemen patroling. When I left the two managerial green shirts were still chatting.

  Had a great experience at the Apple Store in the Mall of America. Zara helped us find the right screen protectors for our new phones and did an excellent job installing them. She was friendly, professional, and made it clear she was available for any questions. She even offered to help us set up our devices, but I chose to do it myself—and she had no problem letting us hang out in the store while we got everything set up, which I really appreciated. While I was there, I also started updating my Apple Watch, and another team member was kind enough to let me borrow a charger so I could finish it. Overall, great customer service all around—helpful, patient, and welcoming.

  Michael, Lisa, and all of the staff I encountered were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. They all know the products and store well, and interact great with the clientele. Also the tech support was super fast and efficient in repairing my Mac book!!! Best Apple Store I’ve been to and tech support received

  If you're dealing with any Apple device issues, this is the place to go. I stopped in with a problem, and they were able to help me in reasonable time. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, great service from start to finish. Definitely recommend. We need such places everywhere indeed.
