  Pay $120 a month for a puppy plan then when the dog is sick and you need to use one of those “included” vet visits, they don’t have an appointment an say you can call around or can book for a later date. What if my dog doesn’t make it that long? Don’t sign up for any plans here. Update: Received a call from the hospital manager and asked about the issue. I explained the situation. She explained that it should of been handled differently and will address the staff to make sure this doesn't happen again. It was a pleasant conversation. Hopefully this a one and done thing. Changed the stars because they reached out and were kind.

  One of the worst clinics I’ve been to I was going here for years and they still treat you like you’re a new client and not listening to anything you are needing for your pets. They have very poor communication and the staff is very rude. Not accommodating at all. I’m switching to new clinic and I had all three of my pets going there. I do not recommend.

  Brought in my husky for grooming, and he has never looked better! Mindy did an amazing job! Would recommend.

  Amazing vet! The vets and vet techs are really knowledgeable and kind.
