The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Emily and Tech Vickie treated our beloved dog with tenderness and obvious love. She had some minor surgery, but it was major to us. They even followed up to see how she was doing when we got home, which was not like our previous vet. Thanks to all the staff for your great service!

I had to put my elderly cat to sleep earlier this week and I can’t say enough about the kindness and compassion that I was shown by everyone I encountered. Dr. Beard made sure to go over all options with me to make sure I was making an informed decision. The women that assisted with the procedure (I believe it was Alyssa and Caylee) were so gentle with my kitty and made me feel not so alone at such a difficult time. Thank you to Dr. Beard and the ladies that helped BK cross the rainbow bridge peacefully.

Let me share a brief story on why this place is so amazing .. First off , when i first got here , i assumed i would be greeted with a strong pet odor and barking .. not at all. the place was clean , the fragrance was light and crisp and everything was neat and in place .. Quiet and confortable when i arrived with my cat.. but that not even the half of it .. fast forward to after the appointment my cat burst out of his cage and took out outside ! My daughter and my other two kids where in a panic and once i told the staff what had happen; they all came outside and helped me look for almost 2 hours! after not finding him i wiped my daughters tears and told her if it meant to be he will come back.. the staff did all they could and beyond and captured my cat a week after !! no lie i got a call from them saying they have him and they checked him and took care of him and made sure my cat was healthy to come back home !! this place is awesome / Thank you : DR. Blasen & Dr. Beard for caring and checking Mr. Biggs , thank you Becky , Caylee , Amanda, Hannah, Alyssa , Carlie , Ella, Vicky you all have made my day. Keep up the amazing Job.

want to give a huge kudos to Christina Cebula at VCA White Lake Animal Hospital. On August 14th at 2:46 PM, she went above and beyond for me and my puppy. We’re moving permanently to West Virginia and needed one last refill of flea medication before leaving. Christina was incredibly kind when I called earlier in the day — she listened, understood the urgency, and took every step needed to make sure the authorization went through correctly. She didn’t just “do her job.” She made sure my puppy would be protected for the next month while we search for a new vet in our area. Her kindness, communication, and follow‑through made a stressful day so much easier.Christina is exactly the kind of employee who makes VCA stand out. She deserves recognition for her compassion and dedication.
