  This place will forever hold a place in my heart. Some of the kindest most passionate ladies i have ever met. Had to put my best friend down today after finding out many issues with her Tuesday. I will forever be grateful for Dr Lynch and Ella and the other tech that I didn't get the name of today as I was an emotional wreck. Thank you ladies so much, you made the hardest week of my life feel like I wasn't alone and that you all truly cared. Thank you all for caring for myself and my sweet Rosie girl.

  My puppy played a little too roughly with my cat and he got the corner of my pups eye. His normal vet couldn’t get him in so I made an appointment here. Not only was the front office staff incredibly friendly, it was clean and they got us into a room right away. This is the first vet I’ve ever been to where I feel they truly care about the animal and helping. The vet tech spent a good 10 minutes with us and then Dr. Beard came in and spent another 35-45 minutes with us. She thoroughly checked our puppy and spent time educating us on training, common mishaps with Labradors, and treating his eye. When we left my husband and I decided we will be leaving our current vet office and changing to VCA. 10/10 on cleanliness, 10/10 on pricing, 10/10 all around on staff. It’s a great place!

  I am a combat vet and i have brought my service dog Cassie here i Asked 3 times to talk to the doctor was contacted by everyone else but the doctor and then the doctor refused to talk to me or make time to talk for 5 seconds after I years and over $10,000 spent the lack of concern and willingness to work with me is apparent. I would take your animal elsewhere

  The staff was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything perfectly to me so I was able to tell my sister what she needed to do to take care of her puppy post surgery!

  We brought our guinea pig in for a dental exam, and the team was incredibly thorough and attentive. They explained what the procedure would involve, and discussed the risks and costs honestly. They clearly care about their patients and want the best outcomes, and they even asked us to keep them updated on our pig’s progress. We really appreciated how knowledgeable, compassionate, and careful this team was. If you have small exotic pets, you can trust that they take the time to examine them thoroughly and explain all your options.
