  want to give a huge kudos to Christina Cebula at VCA White Lake Animal Hospital. On August 14th at 2:46 PM, she went above and beyond for me and my puppy.We’re moving permanently to West Virginia and needed one last refill of flea medication before leaving. Christina was incredibly kind when I called earlier in the day — she listened, understood the urgency, and took every step needed to make sure the authorization went through correctly.She didn’t just “do her job.” She made sure my puppy would be protected for the next month while we search for a new vet in our area. Her kindness, communication, and follow‑through made a stressful day so much easier.Christina is exactly the kind of employee who makes VCA stand out. She deserves recognition for her compassion and dedication.

  asked for a picture of my groggy cat after her anesthesia procedure and they took one for me despite being a silly sort of request!! kind people who love animals, i recommend them greatly

  I took my dog there today for an ear cytology. We seen Dr. Blassen (I believe) and I don’t remember the assistant name, I apologize. Both were very kind and patient with my very anxious dog. I was running late for my visit and they still seen me as well, but I would be careful with that since I’m not sure if that will always be possible for the staff to accommodate. My services came to roughly $130 with the ear cytology/cleaning, ear meds and I received a free exam and free heartworm & flea/tick preventative since this was my first visit. The only thing I will say is that I don’t believe the ear was cleaned but there was no reason for me to complain since the exam was free and so was the preventative. Overall, good pricing. The assistant and Vet were very clear and informative about what was happening and the plan for treatment which made things a lot easier. I work in Vetmed myself so I wasn’t too worried about that but I know this can be a worry for pet parent that don’t know a lot about pet health & the jargon that comes with it. Great experience around and would likely go back if needed. Thank you to the staff for the easy visit.
