- DWDanielle WarmackMay 24, 20265.0Lavonta helped us set up my parents phones, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't finished when the store closed but he stayed a half hour to help us. Hope the store takes care of his time. Would highly recommend.
- SMSandy MaynerichSep 1, 20245.0My husband & I just started going to this cricket store about a month ago. Kip & Devan are both awesome and they know their stuff. They knew what was wrong with my phone. My husband needed to switch phones and Devan didn't charge my husband and he also gave him 55% off his new phone case. We were going to the cricket store in white lake but to find out that they aren't a true Cricket store. The Waterford store is our #1 store. Even though it's 30 .I. from our house it's worth the drive.
