I was in the store with a stuck spring (wasn't sure what needed repair or replacement). They just unstuck the spring in 2 seconds and said it was fixed. Did not charge me for it! What a place! I love Dyson and this service center specifically! I was here before too and it was a $2 pin and they just fixed it in 2 minutes (couple years ago)! What a place to win loyal Dyson customers.

I went in to this location a few months ago and had the pleasure of meeting Steve. I was worried that I had broken my vacuum and that I would need to buy an entirely new base. He fixed it in about 10 minutes and didn't even charge me! Wonderful customer service!

Went in there today to fix an old vacuum that was not working properly. Had a great experience with James in the service center. Fixed and cleaned up my vacuum in no time at all.

Called on the advice of Dyson Customer service and the representative that answered refused to help me as he noted I was calling from Canada and wouldn’t even look up the part number of what I needed and said they wouldn’t be able to help me because of a several different excuses including “our system can’t convert your currency”. I never said I’d pay in CAD and he assumed I don’t have American money or a credit card. This is shameful. I’m a border resident and spent my whole life supporting businesses on both sides of the border. This felt like complete discrimination.
The parts also in stock at Dyson.com. So this person just doesn’t want Canadian business.
