I brought my V15 in to the store because it was not turning on. Steven was quick to help me get checked in and took my unit back to diagnose the problem. He was able to quickly determine the cause and give me my options for repair/replacement. He generously replaced it without charging and was able to get me out the door in a short time. He explained what caused the problem and how to prevent it from occurring again. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We are Dyson loyalists and I highly recommend stopping in for your next purchase or when you need a repair.

I have Dyson V8. Cordless It pulsates, which it’s not supposed to. It has done it for years and it’s so frustrating! I have had to call their customer support and they’ve tried to help me and have been great, but nothing helped. I’ve cleaned the filters. I’ve done everything they’ve said, and it still does it. For the price.. I’m not happy.
