Fantastic place and great service. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Steven was wonderful and knowledgeable about Dyson and the products + functionality. Sold me on the clean + wash mop that I wasn’t even in there for. Such a cool product. Fixed my super old Dyson so fast. Lucky this place is nearby.

I visited the Troy Dyson center for help with my Airwrap blow dryer. Steven was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and repair it. I walked out in less than 15 minutes with my dryer working great again. Steven was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this center!

My wife and I love this store. We've purchased many Dyson appliances from this location in the past year, including a Dyson Clean + Wash, a Dyson Ball Animal Upright Vacuum, and a Dyson Purifier Hot + Cool Model. I needed a quick refresher course on one of our Dyson machines this past Tuesday. Steve, the store manager, was exceedingly helpful to me. He walked me through every aspect of my Dyson appliance in a very thorough and professional manner. Steve is a US Army veteran, and a wonderful asset to this Dyson Service Center in Troy, Michigan -- which is the only such store in all of Michigan. Thank you again very much, Steve!

I brought my V15 in to the store because it was not turning on. Steven was quick to help me get checked in and took my unit back to diagnose the problem. He was able to quickly determine the cause and give me my options for repair/replacement. He generously replaced it without charging and was able to get me out the door in a short time. He explained what caused the problem and how to prevent it from occurring again. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We are Dyson loyalists and I highly recommend stopping in for your next purchase or when you need a repair.
