  I own a apple 16 pro max, that is less than a year old. I'm having a hardware failure on my device. I was advised by Apple Care on 3 separate occasions via phone over the past week to go to the apple store to get a replaced device, as apple wanted a $1000 hold to mail me a replacement device for the hardware failure. I also pay for insurance with my carrier. I went to this store on two separate occasions. The first time, yesterday they said it would be a 1-2 hour wait, I made an appointment and returned today. They refused to replace the device as advised by Apple Care. They wanted me to leave the device for a repair. I am very busy with work and my 7 year old son, that I do not have the liberty to be without a phone. I was extremely frustrated, I tried to contact apple care from within the store, apple care advised since the manager would not do anything they couldn't offer me any different resolve over the phone, the manager " assistant" there just repeated what the initial tech already explained, I asked to speak with the real store manager (general) in charge and was advised they were not there. I've spent over 2 hours driving back and forth to this store the past two days. I spent almost two hours in store today, almost 30 minutes before I was seen for an appointment. I was in tears today, as all I wanted was someone to honor what apple care had advised as my phone is under warranty, experiencing a hardware failure, out of my control and send me on my way with my replacement as advised ahead of time. They just laughed and carried on, with no care of my inconvenience. I will never purchase another apple device and I will never return to this apple store. I'm disgusted with this company.

  What a difference a few years make. I went into the store today, did not have an appt but I did not know that they don't take walk-ins anymore. I needed a new battery for my phone and they said they absolutely could not help me. They told me I needed to make an appt and that even the people that did have appointments we're waiting 40 to 50 minutes!! I told the girl that's a problem don't you think?! The last time I had been in that store, the employees were kind and helpful… Well not anymore. Today they were arrogant, rude and did not care at all.

  I’ve visited the store a few times but never really spent much time there until recently. I had a great experience at the Genius Bar. The rep, Bryan, was very helpful with the issues I was having with my 15 Pro. He was informative, honest, and helpful throughout. At no point did I feel any overly pushy solutions. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to resolve the issue since the phone is out of warranty, but it clarified things and now I have some options to consider. I’ll most likely be back later to get a new phone once I’ve sorted things out.

  Terrible customer service. Customers are left waiting for a long time, while the managers and sales staff appear to be unprofessional and unhelpful. It feels like the employees are simply putting in their hours without caring about the quality of service they provide. Unfortunately, my visit left a very negative impression.

  I went with my mom to purchase a new computer today. We pretty much already knew what we wanted. We worked with Kirsten who is normally part of the business team. She was phenomenal. I went to help "translate" for my mom but I didn't need to. Kirsten was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She broke things down so well that my mom could easily understand. I'm usually not comfortable with my mom making technology purchases without me but I basically didn't even need to be there. Fantastic service!
