  apple is literally a JOKE ! when you can’t access your “old number” and they take away all your apple cash if my apple cash is “unavailable” then why do you let people send money to apple cash if you can’t even get the money off … like yeah apple count your days fr 😤

  All the staff know their tech knowledge and I always come to this apple store to get anything I need. Apple has the best products and super reliable when it comes to their returning policy or asking any questions/help that you have.

  This is a review for Somerset Mall. I don't know why this is titled Apple Somerset. I'll fix it when I have time to figure it out. The Apple store would get one star. Complete waste of time. Consider this mall a tourist attraction. Remember the old days when there were malls all across America? Well, Somerset Collection still exists. It has beautiful architecture, mall-style, the storefronts are filled, and best of all, there are no kiosks impeding your progress in walking through the place. In fact, I would say that's probably the key to its success. If your grandchildren ever come to visit you and you live in the area, take them to the Somerset just so that they can see what a mall used to look like because I bet they don't have one like this where they live. Bring money, though. The stores run toward the high end and names that I never heard of, plus Nordstrom's, Macy's, and a Chick-fil-A.

  Called to check if they had a base MacBook neo in stock, they said they couldn't provide that information unless I answered a bunch of questions. My kid really wants a neo over a Chromebook, and despite the double cost, I was going to surprise her. But this just put a bad taste in my mouth and reminded me why I'm not in the mac ecosystem myself. Very bizarre interaction.

  If I can I would not even give this store one star I buy my phones from them. I visited the Apple Store today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee who checked my phone I was going to trade-in was not professional or welcoming, and I felt like she did not want to help me at all. I understand that employees have busy days, but customers should still be treated with respect and professionalism. End up leaving not getting a phone or anything. Will not go there again will buy it from another store. I expected much better customer service from Apple. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience.
