    I wanted to share an experience I had today at the Apple Store in Somerset Mall, as it left both me and my parents feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. We visited the store intending to purchase an iPhone. After entering, we noticed that while other customers who came in after us were being approached and assisted by employees, no one approached us for quite some time. Eventually, I approached a female employee myself and asked about a particular iPhone model. Without checking availability, she immediately told us that the model was not available and suggested that we purchase it online instead. Based on this response, we left the store. However, the interaction felt unusual to me, so I decided to go back into the store alone to confirm once more. This time, another employee attended to me, assigned me to a sales representative, and surprisingly, they did not say the phone was unavailable. The representative assisted us properly, located the phone, and the rest of the purchasing experience went smoothly. While I appreciate the help from the second employee, the initial interaction made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As an Indian family, we could not help but feel that we may have been treated differently, and that is not something we would expect from Apple and the standards the company represents. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that all customers feel equally welcomed and respected in your stores.

    I've been to this store maybe 3 times. The first time was to look at a imac and the interaction was neutral. The 2nd time was for the same reason and to look at new ipads and this interaction was good. This last interaction was negative so out of the 3, I gave it 3 stars and 2 stars are for the 2nd interaction. This last time I was not acknowledged when I visited but I was not upset about it. I became upset when they greeted everyone behind me and that came in after me. This visit I was ready to upgrade my iPad. I knew what I wanted and I didn't need much help so I waited. Another rep walks to the front, where I'm standing, looks at me and goes to another person across the store. This happened repeatedly. Finally, I flag down a rep, walking past me and ask for some help. She stops and I explained that I've been standing here for several minutes and I watched multiple reps walk by me ans help others. The rep cut me off, talked over me and repeatedly asked what I wanted help with. I tried to repeat my statement about waiting and she talked over me with her excuses and repeatedly asked what I needed help with. Finally, I asked about the equipment and she was unhelpful and rude. When I asked for a manager she said she was a manager so again I mentioned my negative customer experience and she says "I understand your feelings". Chatgpt could have had more human response than this person. Finally, I say "normally a manager would acknowledge my feelings, apologize for the negative experience and then help". She eventually apologized for the experience and said she would find someone to help and walked away. I waited for 5 minutes and left. I filed a complaint with Apple and I went to best buy to look at Samsung tablets. Bring ignored was a mild irritation, being disrespected made me mad. I'll keep my money. This manager did not provide her name but her neon pink, stiletto nails and teased 80s hair provided enough identification.

    Service at the store was subpar. Manager called me a couple days later to discuss the review i left. Called me at 1pm when i specifically asked to be called at 3:30pm. He said he would call me back but never did. Overall, not a great experience
