  Not being open when their supposed to be. Anytime I've actually managed to get into the store the ladies helping me seem to not know what's going on. Very disappointed and thinking about switching providers after having cricket for many years.

  Horrible experience that I'm still trying to sort out and no one at Cricket will or has helped me and the store was the whole entire problem and they refused to help. Not only did they refuse to help but the old lady all but accused me of having my wife tied up in my trunk because my Wife wasn't feeling good and didn't come into the store! When I speak to corporate they tell me the store needs to help me and the store says corporate does DONT GO HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU NEED PREPAID SERVICE GO TO METRO BOOST OR ANYWHERE ELSE

  I would give Cricket 10 stars if I could. Chad, these stars are for YOU. :) I have been a loyal Cricket customer for years and have never had a problem. The plan I am on fits my family budget, and the customer service is top-notch. Any time I have a question, they know the answer and I love that they are fully capable of setting up devices, transferring phones, adding equipment, etc. in store. I recently filed a claim for a broken phone because my phone had been through the ringer; cracked glass, missing pieces of plastic, and the speaker was no longer fully functional. Filing a claim was a new experience for me; in the past when I needed to upgrade one of our phones, I just bought another Cricket or Cricket-compatible phone at Walmart and took it to Cricket for transfer. The small upcharge for the set-up/activation was worth it because it was hassle-free. I happened to be sitting in front of the Cricket retailer in Traverse City while my sister was visiting one of the other businesses so I took my trusted, busted phone into Cricket to inquire about the insurance I had on my phone and what were my options. Chad was very helpful in explaining the process and giving me the information I needed to file a claim through Asurion. I took the brochure and went back to my car to wait for my sister to be done with her business. While I waited, I went to the Asurion website and filed my claim. In less than 10 minutes I had a claim number, a confirmation email, and a text that my replacement phone was on the way. No upgrade, just a replacement of the same phone. The replacement phone came via UPS 3 days later and I took the new phone to Chad at Cricket to ask his help in setting up my new phone; because it WAS an upgrade and I was unfamiliar with it. They sent me the Cricket Ovation 2, and I'd previously had a Cricket Smart Debut. I WAS STOKED THO! It is so beautiful and BIG. I guess my phone was so old they don't make them anymore. LOL Chad hooked me up with the total package! Transferred my info, applied my glass screen protector, and made sure I was good to go. He even advised me on how to secure my privacy, before resetting the old phone for return through the mail. I recommend Cricket service to any and everyone that I can. I will continue to be a loyal customer and thank you Chad for all of your help yesterday. I am in love with my new phone. PS. I pay 8$ a month for insurance, and my deductible for my new amazing phone was only 10$ for my first claim. :)
