  Went in looking to get a new phone and was quickly greeted and made felt welcome by the two lovely ladies in the store. All I had to do was call my previous service provider to get transfer information and I had my new phone activated and ready within an hour. Great perfect service, super happy with my purchase and time!!!

  Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Cricket location. The manager, Tonya, was unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. I came into the store expecting to be able to handle a basic issue with my phone account, and instead of being treated like a paying customer, I was treated like I was some kind of problem. What makes this experience even more ridiculous is that I was ultimately trespassed from the store, despite there being no reasonable explanation given to me for why that was necessary. Because of that decision, I was literally unable to go into the store to pay my phone bill and handle my own account. Managers are supposed to de-escalate situations and help customers—not use their position to make an already frustrating situation worse. Tonya’s behavior felt completely unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. I’ve never experienced a manager who seemed so determined to make sure a customer couldn’t receive service. If this is the standard of customer service Cricket is comfortable having represent the company, it’s seriously disappointing. I would strongly recommend dealing with a different location or even company as a whole if you have the option.

  Not being open when their supposed to be. Anytime I've actually managed to get into the store the ladies helping me seem to not know what's going on. Very disappointed and thinking about switching providers after having cricket for many years.

  Horrible experience that I'm still trying to sort out and no one at Cricket will or has helped me and the store was the whole entire problem and they refused to help. Not only did they refuse to help but the old lady all but accused me of having my wife tied up in my trunk because my Wife wasn't feeling good and didn't come into the store! When I speak to corporate they tell me the store needs to help me and the store says corporate does DONT GO HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU NEED PREPAID SERVICE GO TO METRO BOOST OR ANYWHERE ELSE
