    Love this location I buy everything from here especially with an associate like George he’s very educated in every department from tvs to computer to major appliance bought a greenworks snow blower didn’t care for it I brought it back and George gave me no issues whatsoever about it I received an open box tv delivered without a remote came into the store told him about it he went and brought me a brand new remote with batteries excellent customer service I trust him he is the genuine article go see him

    THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTIES THAT THEY UPSELL YOU ON. DON'T PURCHASE A ZAGG LIFETIME SCREEN PROTECTOR HERE! THEY DON'T HONOR IT BECAUSE THEY NO LONGER KEEP CERTAIN MODELS IN STOCK ANYMORE. I WAS HASTILY REFERRED TO THE ZAGG WEBSITE. I WASN'T OFFERED ANY ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS, WHICH COULD HAVE ENDED UP IN A SALE FOR THE STORE, AND A FEELING OF GOODWILL WHICH INSPIRES LOYALTY AKA REPEAT CUSTOMERS. GOING FORWARD, WITH THE LITTLE HELP AND DISREGARD I RECEIVED TODAY, I DON'T THINK I'LL BE PURCHASING ANYTHING ELSE THERE. THIS IS WHY BRICK AND MORTAR PLACES ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. I CHOSE TO SPEND MY MONEY IN STORE TO SUPPORT MY LOCAL COMMUNITY. HOWEVER THE STORE ISN'T SUPPORTING ME OR BACKING UP ITS AGREEMENTS (A LIFETIME WARRANTY THAT I WAS SOLD AND PAID OUT-OF-POCKET FOR). I'LL BE DOING MY PURCHASING OF ELECTRONICS ONLINE FROM HERE ON OUT. AMAZON IT IS! BEST OF LUCK TO YOU BEST BUY. YOU'RE GOING TO NEED IT WITH THAT LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS MARKET.

    Best Buy really is a different atmosphere compared to what I was previously used to. It seems like they only focus on selling computers, televisions, cell phones, and security systems. The employees are only knowledgeable on one specific area, and even then they almost always have to double check before they answer your question.

    I haven’t been to Best Buy in years, today my phone locked up and only part of the phone was functioning. Walked in and a most welcoming young black man directed me over to the Geek Squad section, told me it is best to have an appointment which I did not. Luckily they were not busy. Took a seat and a very pleasant young man, Skylar approached me and I explained what was going on with my phone. I thought it was the battery, not the case. Told me my phone was vintage, 11 Pro max and it probably needed to be replaced within the year. He fooled with it and got it functioning again, what a relief for me. This young man was so kind and patient and answered all my questions. I left the store a Happy Camper. Store was clean, organized, stocked with inventory. You rock Skylar!! 👍🏻

    Stopped at Best Buy to get help with an ongoing billing issues that could not be resolved even after many phone calls etc. Although it certainly was complicated, Rosco dove into the issue and was able to find out what the problem was, correct the issue and credit my account of over $100. I’m very thankful he was able to do this as about 12 people on the phone could not.
