  So, my fiance and I go back and forth taking our cats to the vet. He took him his first visit, us both the next, and for picking up his medication it was always me. Apperently there are MILLIONS of cases of people CALLING the VCA in Swartz Creek to ask about MY CATS INFO and apprently they can not give me any info until my fiance adds me to the list of people that they can release information too. So, they can give me his medicne, meet me multiple times in person but when I want to ask about a different plan for my cat they refuse?? HMM..WOW People, Leave my cat alone please so I can get the proper information to get my cats ear fixed!!!

  I took my 10 year-old lab/husky in for a hot spot, possible rabies update, heart worm check after visiting another vet with poor skills. To my amazement, Swartz Creek animal hospital and staff, including Dr. Harris, passed the test. It's how things are supposed to be. She got down on the floor and actually did a thorough exam of my dog, a history, listened to the owner (me) and then came up with a plan. She was very approachable and seemed to actually care. What a concept!

  They got us right in on a Saturday. Friendly staff. I took my male cat in for a urinary issue and so far he is doing good based on the recommendations of the vet.

  They are very friendly & professional. Every time I come here, it's a lot of dogs. They let me check-in my cat from the car or sit in the "cat lounge". They are very thorough on their check-ups. They dont pressure into buying things & give a price list on any procedures/ tests/ meds they think you need & let you choose what you want to go through with before they start. My cat really likes it here. They explain things very clearly & undrrstandable. They helped us pick the right flea/tick prevention for her outdoor adventures
