  Came in on Monday, 5/11/26. Store was relatively empty. Grabbed an iPhone case, seemed like I got the last one on the shelf. I went to open it to look at it, in store, and realized it was sealed so I took it up to the checkout and paid. Got home, and while the packaging was sealed, the case I purchased had somehow been removed from the packaging. Unfortunately, I live 1200 miles away from this store, and I have have tried reaching out to Best Buy customer service, and they've told me there's nothing I can do since I made the purchase in store. Best Buy stores also no longer have direct phone numbers, I'm stuck waiting for someone to call me back and I have 0 recourse.

  Today was the best experience I have had at at any computer store. They (Lonnie, John, Blade, and Darius) gave my mom who is a senior a very customer friendly experience. I have multiple IT certifications and worked for the International Monetary Fund providing tech support. I also have held security clearances. You will rarely find this level of customer service.

  This is my go to Best Buy. Emily and Blade in the Geek Squad department were very helpful with my phone and laptop issue. I was out of storage on my phone and Google cloud because I have/had soooo many photos on them. I was given step by step instructions on how to transfer them to my laptop photo and camera folder in order to delete them from my phone and Google Cloud to free up space and storage. Technology can be intimidating and overwhelming but Emily and Blade were able to help erase my frustration and stress. I even suggested to blade that he should start a You Tube channel on tech for beginners. What do you need to know? I believe Emily and Blade just might have an answer or solution for you. I highly recommend going here.

  This review has nothing to do with this specific location but the overall performance of best buy. But unfortunately, corporate best buy will not let you review them directly. I used to love shopping with Best Buy, now I can't get rid of a $100 gift card. I purchased an apple headset on black friday, turns out it was through a third party scammer that was an authorized vendor on their site. After dozens of attempts to get my product I was finally sent a fake apple airpod product. I contacted bestbuy about 20 times to get this resolved, finally after speaking to their nicaragua and phillipine call centers they allowed me to receive a call back from a real best buy rep. To get to this point took about 15 hours and almost 4 weeks and speaking to over 50 reps. Eventually my money was refunded in the form of a gift card. Not even the real currency that I paid. I emailed every corporate executive the situation. Not one call or email back. The corporate executives have ruined the shopping experience and only care about their bonuses and the bottom line and not the customer experience. I probably spent $50K in my life with Best Buy over the past 2 decades, now I try to find another alternative before shopping there.

  Really frustrating experience at Best Buy. The employees were rude, dismissive, and didn’t seem to care that people had been waiting in line for hours. I came specifically for Pokémon booster bundles on a major release date and knew there were 48 in stock after using a stock checker that hasn’t ever been wrong (they also come in cases of 25), so it was obvious there was more product than what was put out. Despite that, staff refused to bring out the remaining stock and kept insisting what was on the shelf was all they had. It honestly felt like the rest was being held back or backdoored which is unfair to customers who showed up early expecting a fair chance. Between the poor attitude and lack of transparency, this was a really bad experience and not somewhere I’d go to for my Pokemon releases again
