Phone support was happier to cancel my order and inconvenience me then help me change the designated person picking up my order. Really goes to show corporate policy is dumber then common sense business.

Five employees stood around staring at me several times, one employee walked by and continued to walk by as I asked for help. The store was NOT busy AT ALL. I was ignored, and then denied help when an employee said, “they don’t work in that area, but someone will be over”. No one came over to help. Unprofessional. Rude. Best Buy must not want business. I ended up ordering my Samsung online through Samsung and shared the experience with them.
