  Besides, having the worst prices on bicycles and merch, the two senior staff members seem reluctant to wait on a customer properly. Staff opts to do the least amount of work possible. They also sold me cheap plastic cleats that screwed onto the bottom of overpriced shoes which I gladly purchased in their store from a place of convenience, which did not properly fit the pedals I purchased along with installation. I also purchased tires on that shopping trip, and I’ve purchased bikes in the past. I would definitely not return. A big clue was that there was not one car on their side of the parking lot and not one person in their store on a sunny spring Sunday afternoon, not one customer! That should’ve told me something, they seem to be struggling to stay in business. 😊

  Recent service after the sale has been exemplary! A clamp on grip that I had serviced myself on the FX5 came loose and we lost the clamp. The service department found a used replacement part from a bin and just gave it to me saving me from buying new $40 grips. Additionally, when my bontrager carbon wheel failed within warranty, they stripped it from the bike and all my components from it returning them to me while the warranty service was being administered. I have done all this myself but it was a real convenience. They even washed my cassette and tubeless tire before returning them to me. Class!! A slightly less interaction follows but I started on the high notes. I bought a 2024 FX5 here and initially had mixed signals on getting a very small discount. We ended up getting the 10% Discount but it was unsettling. My advice to them is to stay consistent. Finally, they are an asset to the community. Patronize them.

  Staff was very knowledgeable, and made my purchase easy. I got exactly what I wanted. Great place for your next bike purchase and accessories too!

  Friendly. Thorough. Took a non-trek bike to get looked over and repaired if necessary. Service advised I did not yet need new tires, even though I expected to have to buy new ones. I will definitely visit them again.

  I've gone in a handful of times for various odds and ends, I even had my Cannondale serviced here once! Great work, decent price, always good customer service. Today was different, it was better than any other time I've been in! I came in needing a kickstand for a used bike I bought off Facebook, a friendly girl pointed them out to me and asked what bike it was for. She pulled out the correct one and showed me how it gets mounted, then we went to the checkout. I mentioned I was surprising my fiancé with a bike for her birthday, then the girl asked if I wanted a bow to tie onto the bike! She went to the back and brought me out a small red bow they had leftover from Christmas! It was a small gesture, but it definitely made a big impression. Now THAT is customer service! I'll only be coming here for all of my biking needs
