  Dr. Anderson is the best vet ever. She is the only one that can handle my dog. She has PTSD and is afraid of everything. I would definitely recommend seeing her.

  Super nice veterinary office. My dog is an absolute terror to take to to see the vet. In any other situation he is a social butterfly, loving kids and animals..... but at the vet he smells all the stress hormones in the air and acts like he's been lowered into a pit for a life and death battle. Totally embarrassing. VCA Beech is so tolerant and understanding of his behavior - you can tell that they really care about their patients. They also have a pretty good system where instead of waiting in the waiting room, you wait in your car and they come out to get you when it's your turn. Again, this seems much less stressful for the animals. Highly Recommended

  If I could give less than one star, I would. I have never felt so disrespected or so shocked by the way a veterinary clinic treated me. I was looking for a new clinic for my cat after recently moving. This clinic is about 40 minutes from my home, but I thought it would be worth the trip. I received an email confirming my appointment, so I paid for an Uber to get there. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I hadn’t confirmed it by phone—even though it had already been booked and confirmed by email. At no point was I informed that a phone confirmation was required. I showed them the confirmation email while they looked into the issue. During that time, the woman sitting next to the receptionist repeatedly said, within earshot, that it wasn’t their problem that I hadn’t confirmed by phone. Again, this requirement was never mentioned anywhere. When the receptionist finally told me I would have to reschedule, I tried to explain that I had received a confirmation email. Instead of listening, she told me she couldn’t understand me at all. I’m Latina, and no one had any trouble understanding me until that exact moment. Since I had already spent about $50 on an Uber to get there, I had to wait in the lobby for another ride home. While I was waiting, I could hear staff complaining that I was still at the clinic and saying that I shouldn’t be there, even after I explained that I was simply waiting for my Uber. I have never felt so humiliated or unwelcome. The way they keep spoken about me in the back and treated me was completely unprofessional. While I understand that appointments sometimes need to be canceled, there is absolutely no excuse for treating a client with such disrespect. I will be reporting this experience because no customer should ever be made to feel the way I did.

  I'd like to tell you guys, thank you so much. Because of my insurance for Max, he lived a longer life than normal. You guys treated him great. He crossed over on 727 . Dave in max would like to thank all of you.So much.
