Apple as a company is a joke and only out for one thing. We all know what it is, and some people love to just throw it away. That's why they shop here. To buy overpriced electronics that are made with parts from other companies. They're like the phony social media sales people, they things cheap from one company, modify it some, and then resell it for three to four times what they paid. Genius. They once were a leader, now more of a follower. When's the foldable phone come out again?? That thin iPhone does make me want a Samsung edge though..

Let me preface this 3 star review because of 3 staff members I encountered (for them I’d give 5 stars and beyond). Had it not been for them, there was 1 staff member that I wish I could give 1 star who claimed to be a female manager. I work the same hours as the mall, it is very difficult to get in. That evening, my phone started saying SOS. My phone kept saying that any upload past 17.6.1 was too large, it wouldn’t load on my phone or my computer past that update. I couldn’t get calls or texts, nothing went through as I tested with my coworker. I sprinted to Apple, they close at 8 pm and I made it by 8:01 out of breath. A woman claimed to be a manager, had a green shirt on with about 8 other people in green shirts. I told her my issue, I said I was desperate, I had important things the next day and she said all her technicians were gone and done for the day. I said I would pay, I would do anything, I just needed to know why my phone wasn’t working. She again was rude, condescending, and turned me away as I was crying. I told her I see other people, I highly doubt someone can’t help. She asked if I wanted her to get another manager and I said yes. That brings me to Christopher and his technician. He brought me in, looked at my phone, saw SOS, saw my phone wouldn’t load the update and had me sit down. He was so unbelievably empathic, caring, patient, and just wanted to help me. He brought out his technician and connected my phone and did a forced update and my phone was fixed within 15-25 minutes. A woman who was around taking inventory and organizing came over and brought me a Kleenex and some chocolates, she was also the sweetest and most compassionate person as well. If it wasn’t for those 3, I would’ve walked out of Apple feeling helpless, crying, and it would’ve left a horrible taste in mg mouth. Whoever the lady was that claimed to be a manager should not work in customer service. The lack of empathy, compassion, and kindness showed from her, and she will make the store lose customers. I wish I had her name and when I find out I will update this review. Overall, I am extremely happy and satisfied with the 3 staff members who were so kind and understanding and patient. Thank you for caring for your customers. I can’t even express how grateful to you I am, and how much of a difference you make in this world being the way you are. Thank you for everything you did for me that night.

I haven't visited an Apple Store in quite a while, and I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently the team handled the crowds. I usually avoid coming in because the stores are so busy, but the manager checked me in immediately. I only had to wait about three minutes before a fantastic young man assisted me. He was knowledgeable and managed to get me through the process in 30 minutes rather than the 1-2 hours I had anticipated. I truly appreciated the speed and professionalism of the in-store team.

I came in at 730pm, which was 30 min to close when there was no one here to get my watch looked at..... It should have been a simple swap out of the watch band since it is covered under the one year manufacture warranty. I was turned away, stating it was too late for a technician to take a look at it, but to schedule an appointment and they will gete taken care of tmrw. I set an appointment for the following day for a 330 appointment, and at 350 I was still not seen, for a simple appointment, watching other people be seen before me. What is the point of an appointment if you are only going to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to be seen. This is no way for an establishment thais well known to handle business. If you have an appointment system, than your technicians should be set up to have walk-ins and appointments delegated out accordingly.

I visited this Apple Store on 4/17/26 and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any retail store. After waiting about 15 minutes to be helped, the first employee assigned to me was openly rude, talked back to my questions, and made it very clear through her expressions that I was annoying her. A second employee I approached was just as rude and dismissive, which makes this feel like a store-wide culture issue, not just one bad interaction. Despite this, I still purchased an iPhone 16 Plus the same day, and even as a paying customer I was treated like an inconvenience instead of someone whose business mattered. This level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for a store representing a supposed premium brand.
