  I had an appointment to get my phone repaired at 7:15 and was told is was a 2 hour fix and they couldn’t do it until the following day I arrived early and sat almost 2 hours just for the diagnosis and them to do absolutely nothing horrible!!!!! They could have taken my phone immediately!!! On top of that the man that was helping me forgot I was waiting at the end of the night took his work shirt off and almost walked out the door until he looked me in my face HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

  To be honest do not read any negative reviews. Andrew, Kari, Swami, and this other guy I didnt get his name are the nicest most helpful people you will ever meet. I brought my MacBook in for a repair and I am going through the hardest times in my life. They gave me options, treated me like their own family, and truly saved me. With their help and kindness, my MacBook is being fixed and I can continue my schooling at college. I cannot tell you enough how special these people are, this is the only Apple Store I will be going to from now on, and it’s about an hour and a half from me. Thank you Apple twelve oaks I can’t wait to see you all again ❤️

  staff here were pretty rude on sunday. they avoided eye contact and would not help me, leaving me confused about who to speak to since everyone appeared unapproachable. it was busy and i don’t frequent the apple store in person but once I finally found someone, his attitude was unhelpful and seemed annoyed immediately. don’t work here if you don’t want to help people, that’s your entire SIMPLE job. I drove an hour just to leave the store.

  Without getting into the details about the phone & the issues we were having - I had to be at the store for hours to take care of it (due to the phone, not the store) and they went above and beyond to fix our problem. Really, they truly had to think out of the box and be creative to solve our issue. They made sure I was taken care of, checked on my progress regularly, and were very patient & kind (shout out to Andrew, Ali, and Nate). All while the store became SUPER busy!! Also, I'm an android person and don't use Apple products. I was there with my daughter's iphone and they never once got frustrated or made me feel inept - in fact I felt pretty confident following their directions. I can see why so many people use these stores (and the store itself is very clean and has a welcoming vibe). It's great to be able to get direct, special service from knowledgable people like that. Thank you, Andrew, Ali, and Nate.

  I am just leaving the store very disappointed and upset, I been an apple costumer for lots of years and a long time costumer at this location , but today I felt like this store is changed , they are a joke , their floor manager Julie is so rude disrespectful and unprofessional, she has lack of knowledge on what she does, I brought in an i phone 17 pro to replace a battery , my phone has a crack in the back, they took the phone and manager Julie said we need to replace the back screen of the phone to replace the battery , and I told them no in this phone you change the battery from the front screen, and then the manager Julie again found a tiny crack on front of the screen and told me same thing again you need to change the front screen now to replace the battery bc this is the procces , on the phone call with them they gave me a price of 99.99$ to replace the battery now they are asking 470$ to replace the battery , after I was asking her why you making me change the back screen on my phone first and then the creek on front of the phone she said you are free to leave if you don’t wanna pay 470$ to replace the battery, TEHIR FLOOR MANAGER JULIE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE ON WHAT SHE IS DOING AND SHE IS TRYING TO WCAM PEOPLE AND PAY MORE FOR WHAT THEY DONT NEED
