I had a really great experience at Cricket! The employee who helped me named John I believe was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible. They took the time to explain everything to me and helped me get a great deal on a new phone. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond to help a customer, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I’m very happy with my new phone and the deal I received. Definitely a great experience, and I would recommend this Cricket location to anyone looking for a new phone or plan!
