- KKKemz6 days ago1.0Ethan had an insane attitude as soon as we walked in and I asked about the upgrade on a phone for my partner. I told him he should chill with the attitude and he literally tossed my partners ID back to him onto the counter and said YES MAM and got even worse! We instantly walked out after he continued to talk to us like children. Terrible customer service and I've worked in it for over 10 years now. Who is hiring these people
