  I have a Cricket phone that started to have issues and ordered a replacement phone under their warranty program ( another frustrating experience). When the phone arrived I took it to the Madison Heights store (where I bought the original phone) for help transferring apps and data from the old phone. There were 2 employees that did not know the basics of how a cell phone even works, let alone how to transfer anything. How embarrassing for whoever owns this franchise, and for Cricket Corporate. I had a pleasant experience last November when purchasing the original phone and the woman (Jessica) was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. Sad she was not there today. I will file a complaint with the corporate office. This store is not a good ambassador for Cricket Wireless.

  Kirsten was a big help and very accommodating! I've had consistently good help at cricket locations across the board but she specifically was very nice to work with
