- BABidkar AcostaMay 2, 20264.0I brought my bike in on March 26th for some maintenance work, and while there was a mix-up with the service timeline, I really appreciated how the shop handled it once the issue came to light. The bike had been marked as ready before the final work was actually completed due to a delayed chain and some internal miscommunication. When I came in to pick it up and found out what happened, Tim, the service manager quickly made the situation right and personally dropped the bike off to me once everything was finished. Shit happens, and while it was annoying because it was not a local drive for me, Tim quickly recognized my pain point and handled it the best he could. He was super professional, respectful, and made a real effort to correct the mistake. They also respected my request to keep my old rusted chain, which I appreciated. Overall, the bike is in great shape, the work itself was just as expected and I left feeling like they cared about making things right. Aside from Tim I also want to thank the other gentlemen who helped me understand what maintenance package I needed and did not upsell me on unnecesary work. I purchased my bike there years ago and I brought it back for maintence due to the good experience that I had and despite what happened on this visit I plan on bringing my bike back here again.
