  Abigail at ludington cricket is the best! She helped us today and we found the phones are insured so we didn't have to pay out of pocket. Appreciate her so much!

  I’d leave a 1 but it’s not totally the fault of this location but rather the company as a whole. Nino set us up when we needed it and walked us through the whole thing and it was an easy switch. Since then, my wife and I have been with Cricket for almost 4 years with no issues. We have their highest plan, set on autopay for the whole duration that we’ve had them. I got a new card in August and I added the new card to autopay. After that, the text notifications of upcoming payment stopped. My account was, then, turned off in September without even a warning. I work on the road and require my maps and calling abilities to work. The only option I could do was call the bot and it held me hostage in saying I had to pay not only my $90, but a $15 fine and a $5 service fee before I could even potentially talk to anyone. I got around that wall but gave up waiting after 45 minutes. So I went to the store in Ludington where I was told that their hands are tied and the best thing to do would be to call the bot, 611. I was told they have to do the same any time they want answers, too. So I had the rep pay my bill in the store… with the $20 extra. And we both confirmed that the card that was just used to pay the bill is now added as my autopay on my app. Fast forward to October, I’m traveling with family and find that I can’t use maps because my phone doesn’t work. Neither does my wife’s. I called the number again and was told that my account is once again delinquent and I had to pay ANOTHER $20 fee in addition to my $90 bill to reactivate. I had no choice. It was Sunday, nobody was working, and I was traveling. So I called my bank the next day to confirm that there wasn’t even an attempt to remove the $90 over the course of the week that they would have tried. Next, I went back to the store and was told once again that there’s nothing they can do, call the bot. So I tried talking to the online chat instead and it said I was in a queue of 30 people ahead of me. The whole reason we didn’t switch to an online-only provider when choosing Cricket is because we wanted to have the ability to seek local help if we had any issues. Unfortunately, due to how the company operates and directs their employees, the brick and mortar is kind of useless. The actual service is good with no outages as long as we used it. The customer service is a joke at every level. To Cricket, enjoy my $40 because you won’t get anymore.

  Cricket has always been good to us but I have had to go into the store recently and they need to get employees that know what they are doing. They are super nice but need to learn how to order phones. Wish Nino was still there.
