- NDNicole DavisJul 21, 20261.0Came in to purchase a new phone today since my screen broke. The lady working by herself did not seem like she wanted to sell us a phone. She told us to call insurance about our screen we called insurance to see and there's a 250$ deductible so we ask about prices of an upgrade and she told 250$ to upgrade. We told her we were interested in upgrading to s25 instead of using insurance. She replied " I don't even have that" then told us the only phone she had would cost us about 1000$, I asked her " I thought you said 250$ to upgrade" she said " yeah I didnt even know what phone had when I said that. You should go to Walmart and buy a cheap phone so I can just switch it for you". I told I want a nice phone not a cheap phone. She said " I have a s25 fe" I said what's that. She replied "I don't know". I left. Hopefully someone pulls that stick out for her.

The process took 1-2 hours due to technical difficulties, so me & sis GREATLY APPRECIATE Rayshawn's customer service, even going beyond store hours. So far, the phones work great!
