- CCCortneySep 3, 20261.0Just stopped here to switch some stuff on my account and it's not even there anymore.
- JBJeffrey BaughmanAug 16, 20265.0I visited this Cricket location today and Dee went above and beyond to make the experience amazing. No hard sell, no bait and switch, just excellent customer service with a personal touch. Because of this I will be making this location my go-to cricket store. And I love my new phone!
- BBBrian BlackmerMay 8, 20265.0Nancy was great!
- EWEphraim WestAug 11, 20251.0The staff were friendly, but they sold me a phone case for the wrong phone. I bought it right before closing, and unfortunately didn’t ask for a receipt. I took the case off immediately once I realized it didn’t fit, but when I went back the next day, they refused to give me my money back. As a student juggling numerous bills, this feels like a shady and unfair way to treat customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
