- BBBDHAug 10, 20251.0Unfortunately, I can't give much of a review for Cricket. Though looking directly at us, the customer service rep wouldn't speak to us. Ignoring us for a loud couple that walked all over the store yelling at one another. The rep wasn't overwhelmed, we were just bottom priority. It was an uncomfortable atmosphere, and we won't be back. I prefer the retailer on Michigan & Foster.
