  My family switched from Verizon to Cricket several years ago. We have had consistent reliable service at a much better price. Recently, I visited the Lansing location on Saginaw Hwy. to upgrade my old phone. Michael gave us great advice as to what would fit my needs. His customer service was excellent! He listened to my questions, explained everything as needed. He carefully installed the protective cover and set up the phone. Within a short time I was on my way and have been enjoying my new phone ever since! Thanks!

  Had a great experience today with the owner (I'm sorry I'm terrible with names lol) He helped me find what I wanted within my budget and transferred all my info over smoothly. The whole experience was fast and I never felt pressured like other places I've been. The owner was super knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be using this location for all my business. Thank you!
