  I went there to buy a phone. I checked in with one of the workers and was told to wait. I watched multiple people come after I did and get helped. When I went to check WTH is going on, they acted confused. I told them, whats the point of checking in if youre going to skip me.... I waited at least 45 min for something that took me 5 min to get done at the end...

  This store is only interested in selling new phones not helping anyone who did the update and now can’t use their iPhone17.

  I came in to pick up an iPad I ordered online and trade in my now previous iPad. I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Eric. I have such bad social anxiety and he made me feel so comfortable. He explained the entire process in detail and made sure I understood everything before leaving the store. Such amazing customer service that I really appreciated. I would rate more stars if I could.

  Went in to buy an iPhone 16 plus; walked in and told the associate I was buying an iPhone 16 plus and he said okay I’ll have someone help you in a minute. Sat there for 45+ minutes for two associates to come up and say they don’t even sell them there. Terrible service
