  Never going there team doesn’t know how to help apple customers support says different things and when you go in the store they got whole new rules to do simple replacement. Why would apple care send me to a store who cant help solving simple issue

  I had an unexpectedly amazing experience yesterday and wanted to share. The team at this location was excellent. They got me exactly what I needed and in an organically kind and efficient way. They actively listened as well which I find rare these days. Very happy with my in store purchase and elated to have this particular team to help me.
