  My first experience at VCA after our previous vet closed was an incredibly positive one, even though it resulted in a terminal diagnosis for our 11-year-old cat, Betty. The staff took a difficult, upsetting situation and really gave such warmth and care to our cat and family. Dr. Frazier was so easy to talk with. She offered compassion and honesty at explaining the diagnosis to our son. When we scheduled the time to say goodbye to Betty, the staff immediately met us at the door and promptly led us to a private, peaceful room with a sofa. We felt nothing but support and care during the difficult goodbye process. Thank you, VCA, for giving warmth and dignity to the passing of our sweet girl.

  We are from out of state, visiting friends in Kalamazoo. One of our dogs developed a GI issue, and we wanted to have her evaluated before continuing our cross country travels. They were able to get us in right away, have the vet examine our dog, and take care of the issue. The staff was great…very friendly and helpful! They followed up the next day with test results. This was a very satisfying experience, and we would highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

  We absolutely love Dr. Dickson and are so grateful we found her. She cares for both of our Bengal cats, and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care they receive. Dr. Dickson is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and find solutions. One thing that really stands out is how quickly test results come back and how affordable the services are. Several tests that cost significantly more at our previous veterinarian were nearly half the price here. What we appreciate most is the personalized care. Dr. Dickson personally calls to review test results, explain her findings, and discuss treatment recommendations in a way that is clear and reassuring. It’s evident that she truly cares about her patients and gives each case the attention and consideration it deserves. We are so happy to have found our veterinary home at VCA Animal Hospitals with Dr. Dickson and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring veterinarian.
