  20 mins on hold to tell me they didn’t have any appointments for two weeks and proceeded to ask what the call was for when she couldn’t even help!

  If you love your pet absolutely do not take them here. The vet assistant is extremely rude and snobby. The doctor acts as if was rushed and didnt actually have time to see us after we are already waited 10 min past our appointmet which would never normally bother me if they were so rough with my pet. When we arrived for our appointment he looked her over I promise for less than 30 seconds. Did not look in her eas or her behind just was extremely rough while man handling her, only looking at her teeth and squeezing her her stomach which I understand is part of the exam, but being in the medical field includes making your patience not feel stressed especially when they are sick and delicate.My cat is an extramly lovable cat she was rubbing and purring until he started being very rough with her. After this very very short "exam" he said everything looks great and had the audacity to say her ear looked great when he never even looked inside her ears until i pushed him to and said he felt some lumps inside her belly. I had to ask him to actually look at her ears and behind because he never looked at them before trying to say everything looked good. She did indeed have an infection which would have been missed had I not insisted he actually take a moment to look. I will never be returning here. They are rude and snobby people. The only person there who actually seems to have any compassion and kindness was sherry. Please never take your pet here.i also want to add, all the vets ive been to over the years for other pets have neverrr I meaning never acted like this, they were always kind and patient and never handled my pets like that before I wish I could have recorded our experiences for everyone to see the horrible service.

  I take both my cats here & the staff is very very kind to them and takes great care of them! The DRs we've seen seem amazing, they really listen and address concerns; they are really really great!! The entire staff here is spectacular

  Our Bella was seen at our vet this morning. She had liver failure and possible stroke. She was euthanized and is at peace. Shame on your dr for saying she was too healthy and needed her teeth cleaned. I want my money back for the exam and an apology for the way we were treated by that dr and the snotty assistant.

  When you call to get an appointment for your 15 yr old cat to get put down and requested euthanasia and they scheduled us for 3:20pm. We didn't call other places because of being told ok. We bring in your cat that has so rapidly declined in 2 days. Our regular vet is out of the office until Tuesday. The Dr came in flopped her around and looked in her mouth and said it's a Dental problem. He wanted almost 275.00 for blood work showed no sympathy or compassion for our precious girl. Charged me 78.50 for an exam...which wasn't anything but flopping her around. Then told us he didn't feel "comfortable" putting her down. That they are a clinic that does not promote euthanasia. My son and I left balling out eyes out because now we have to watch our beautiful die at home because of their money hungry ways. This makes me sick!!!!
