  Our Bella was seen at our vet this morning. She had liver failure and possible stroke. She was euthanized and is at peace. Shame on your dr for saying she was too healthy and needed her teeth cleaned. I want my money back for the exam and an apology for the way we were treated by that dr and the snotty assistant.

  Money hungry and rude. All they care about is payment and do not show any compassion for your animal. Never going back!!!

  When you call to get an appointment for your 15 yr old cat to get put down and requested euthanasia and they scheduled us for 3:20pm. We didn't call other places because of being told ok. We bring in your cat that has so rapidly declined in 2 days. Our regular vet is out of the office until Tuesday. The Dr came in flopped her around and looked in her mouth and said it's a Dental problem. He wanted almost 275.00 for blood work showed no sympathy or compassion for our precious girl. Charged me 78.50 for an exam...which wasn't anything but flopping her around. Then told us he didn't feel "comfortable" putting her down. That they are a clinic that does not promote euthanasia. My son and I left balling out eyes out because now we have to watch our beautiful die at home because of their money hungry ways. This makes me sick!!!!

  Had my gsd neutered recently, and it was an outstanding experience! The doctors and staff addressed all my concerns, pre and post operation. Thank you. 🙂
