This location was like any other Best Buy I've been too. Clean and had all the usual items. I don't visit Best Buy often and unfortunately they didn't have the item I was looking for. The parking lot is in VERY bad shape, pothole city.

Erik at Best Buy is AWESOME!. We went in today at 430pm and we were going in circles looking for a Minecraft game , and he was super busy but I stopped him and asked for help. With a smile he says my pleasure and took the time to help us find what we were looking for . Hopefully someone gives him a that a boy as just can’t find customer service like that anymore . You rock ERIK👍👍👍

Updating my review after attempting to resolve this directly with Best Buy support. I purchased a refrigerator (open-box, fair condition) after viewing it in person, where it only had minor cosmetic wear that I was comfortable with. I paid for delivery and waited 2 weeks. Before delivery, I received a call from their team informing me that the unit had been further damaged — including a dented freezer and damaged handle — damage that was not present at the time of purchase. I declined the delivery due to the new damage. From there, I was given only three options: Accept the now significantly more damaged unit Pay more for a different unit Take a refund I escalated the issue through customer support and was told that even if the item was damaged after purchase and during delivery, the options would remain the same. Let that sink in — even if they damage the product after you buy it, you’re still expected to either accept it, pay more, or walk away. This is not a case of being unhappy with an open-box item. I saw and accepted the original condition in person. The issue is that the condition changed after the sale due to handling, and no fair resolution was offered. Overall: Poor handling of product Long delay with no accountability Policies prioritized over basic fairness Very disappointing experience. I expected better when purchasing a major appliance.

Tried calling the store to ask a question that requires speaking to a living human, instead, I spoke to an AI bot pretending to be a person. I'm not interested in supporting a system that won't employ REAL HUMANS in the name of profit, so I insisted to be connected to a person. The bot consistently denied my request and then hung up on me. What kind of service is this? Why should this store even exist in Jackson if they refuse to hire real people? We're having a labor crisis in this country, and these companies can't even let us speak to somebody. Lost my business. I'm telling all of my community how awful this company is to deal with and to not shop here. More business will be lost, and that's great--because maybe a company with real humans working it can take Best Buy's place. Don't shop at Best Buy or any store that won't employ real humans. Nobody likes talking to an AI pretending to be a human. It's disgusting.
