I have been a cricket customer for years, just got a new phone from them 2 months ago. Now they will not unlock my (paid off) phone so I can go somewhere else. You can hardly understand the guy from India. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I promise, they will screw you and not care.

I can't thank Jake at the Imlay City Cricket Store enough for his expertise, patience, and great service. I have had several situations when another store close by my home, could not or didn't take the time to help me and even told me the wrong solution. In addition, I had to get a new phone while traveling and looked forward to stopping in to see Jake to get my phone "really" set up. Me, not being a strong techie, he has always taken the time to explain how to use my phone, as well as, got it back to running correctly if there were problems. When I was told my phone had to go back to factory reset or whatever by another store, he has always been able to rescue my phone and me. I would recommend (and have) this store and Jake to anyone.
