  I can't thank Jake at the Imlay City Cricket Store enough for his expertise, patience, and great service. I have had several situations when another store close by my home, could not or didn't take the time to help me and even told me the wrong solution. In addition, I had to get a new phone while traveling and looked forward to stopping in to see Jake to get my phone "really" set up. Me, not being a strong techie, he has always taken the time to explain how to use my phone, as well as, got it back to running correctly if there were problems. When I was told my phone had to go back to factory reset or whatever by another store, he has always been able to rescue my phone and me. I would recommend (and have) this store and Jake to anyone.

  I was very disappointed with my 1st visit to this Cricket store. They had no inventory & were supposed to get more in 4 days including the phone i wanted. Jessica was quite helpful but i never got a call from her so when i called the store to find out what was going on i was rudely informed she didnt work there anymore & no inventory had come in. Im going out of town next wk & needed a new phone. Now i get to call & run around to other Cricket stores to find what i need. Im very frustrated. Dont waste your time with this location.
