  I took my cats here for a wellness check and had a great experience! The staff at the front desk was nice and friendly. The vet tech was great and Dr Kennedy was awesome!! All around a great experience!

  Beware of Dr. Kennedy. She falsified my dogs records, lied about her disposition, and minimized her serious injuries from being attacked by a much larger dog. I have no idea what her motives could be for being so dishonoest. I asked for a management review and VCA refuses to do anything it.

  Absolutely love them. They were fantastic, not only do they care about my pet they cared about me and helped with my two young children as well! I highly recommend them and will continue to go to them for all of my animals!!

  Totally dismissive. Played phone tag all weekend. They claim they left a voicemail on Saturday and that they have records of it, my phone shows that they left one Friday to which we returned calls and never got a call back. Regardless it’s not so much about whether their records are wrong, mistakes happen, it’s more so the total defensive nature and lack of compassion demonstrated when trying to get answers on something that’s quite literally their job. When we finally spoke with a different doctor she was blatantly sighing on the call to my questions on next steps. She was more concerned about defending the alleged follow up than actually answering questions.
