So I came here, walked in and Michele and Josh fixed my 2 issues in 10 minutes!!!!!! I WILL COME HERE TO BUY MY PHONES FROM NOW ON. Saavy, motivated and they had GREAT personalities as well...wish I could say the same thing about the Verizon store next door.

Amazon delivers and sets up, youll never have to borrow a van or truck again. I was in today for a return: Nope, not even with receipt and in unopened boxes totalling under $20. All you hear any more is "unfortunately". Best Buy is the next Blockbuster- No longer relevant!

I asked the manager daniel Cuzzo if he could help me, since I am living at a cooler's. He shook his shoulder and said you can cancel your order there is nothing he could do. So I did and went to lowe's and got one delivered in two days.
