  Absolute worst customer service! The guy working had no interest in helping us upgrade our phones and when I asked what deals I could get on an upgrade I was told "the phones are full retail price". My friend also had a bad experience at this location a few days ago. The store also smelled HORRIBLE!! We will not be returning

  Arrived to the store and the door was locked during business hours, called twice and was hung up on both times. I was only able to get into the store to pay my bill once I noticed a person walking around in the store. I enter the store and the employee, Bradlee, was very rude. Will definitely be dealing with things online from now on.
