- DHDaniel HunterMay 30, 20262.0I just thought I’d make it public that I’m not sure Dr. Lee should be trusted, especially if you’re working on a plan for your pet with her. I have a dog with a lot of anxiety to say the least so we discussed getting around Prozac, which takes about 8 to 14 days to get in the system and then using a controlled for the 8 to 14 day. Wait period before I paid the bill. she totally agreed to it and said she would come in the room to discuss it with me. I paid the bill or $400 and then left. I called about 20 minutes ago. She only wrote the one prescription for the Prozac and never acknowledge us having any conversation whatsoever. I’m worried she wanted to make sure I paid first before going totally against a plan. I felt comfortable with. I think she should be ashamed of herself honestly there’s a dog out there tonight suffering from anxiety. Our veterinarians scared to prescribe this because I’ve never In the past with the couple times, I received it. Oh and thank you, Dr. Lee
- EVE VMay 13, 20262.0At least they answer the phone. I have a senior dog that has been under their care for his entire life. No more. Last three times I called them for help, even for maintenance pain meds like Carprofen, they won’t even provide a bridge prescription until I can get him in. If they had compassion that was even a shadow of their desire for money, I’d be surprised. They will never see another of our pets.

- ABAlison BunoJan 28, 20265.0When our beloved and senior cat fell ill we were able to make an appointment quickly and were seen punctually. The vet was very caring and explained what was going on. No upselling of palliative care or treatments. The staff was very very compassionate and treated our cat with the utmost respect to the very end.
