  I've been coming to VCA for my cats for a while and the service has been fine, with friendly receptionists. Importantly the Veterinarians I've seen are knowledgeable and good communicators. However the prices have ballooned and the tech spent half the visit convincing us to spend more and more money and to consider their payment program/subscription BS. The vet was wonderful and gave us the first visit exam discount for a new cat we are fostering, the TECH came back in and had the AUDACITY to double check that we should actually be getting the discount visit. We made note that we are not well off financially and she still went out of her way to double check that we deserved a discount... Capitalism is finding another market to ruin, from now on I will be bringing my pets to CSNIP for anything I can.

  Kind, professional staff! Great service. So glad they were able to get my dog in who was under the weather.

  Was recommended this vet by a close friend. I used them while my puppy was growing - I even did their yearly pet membership for him since we was still growing. Nothing but great service during that time. However, after I cancelled the subscription for their pet club they immediately removed me from being a client there and knowing anything about my dog. When I sent in approval for medicine for my dog through Chewy or Amazon I send them here and they just deny them and say "he's not a client with us". Thats funny, you've had my dog there for the past year and a half and I'm no longer a client? The only thing that makes me a client is if I sign up your pet care club? What a joke. I loved the service I received here - but then you added your own greed into the equation and now I couldn't care less about your company.
