I donate plasma to help those who need medication that would otherwise not be available to them. I should also note that plasma centers do help me as a supplemental income. To aid in the procedure I noticed other donors were using what's called ear buds. So I went to Best Buy to make a purchase of a pair. After I determined what kind I wanted I asked the salesman if he could pair them to my Smart Phone he said that they could for $40.00 dollars. I then asked how difficult that would be for someone to do that for them self he replied that it was very simple to do. To make a long story short I tried to connect them with my phone with no success. I then went back to Best Buy explained that if they would have just simply made it possible for me to be able to use them that all parties would have gained a win-win result. So with that in mind a 4 star rating is what I feel to be an honest representation of what I call is fair. Grand Rapids, Michigan.

I wish I got their names but the staff were really helpful getting me a new phone case quickly. It was 10 minutes before closing and I still feel like they took time to explain the products enough for me to make an informed decision.

I recently came in to buy a laptop. The website had a lower price than in store because it was a third party seller through best buy, but because the price difference was over $200 the employee sold me on buying a Best Buy membership so I could price match with the online seller. Told me that I would soon be refunded the difference, super cool. I even clarified and asked "so I dont have to do anything except for spend $50 on a membership today and I'll just get the $200+ refunded to my card?" And he said yes. Well I didn't get refunded, so I went in to the store and they said since its a third party seller they couldn't price match and there is nothing they can do at all. If I had been told they couldn't price match initially I would have bought from the online seller, but now if I want the money back I'd have to clear my new laptop, return it, and then buy a new one from the online seller. I'm sure the workers didn't mean to trick me about it, but since they were misinformed about how the membership worked now I have to pay the price by either wasting my time returning the laptop I bought or just eating the cost difference. Don't buy from here.

Leaving a review in hopes somebody from the store can contact me.
I was in this store at around 3pm on 3/8. I decided to preorder the Galaxy s26 ultra with the trade in of my galaxy s23 ultra because during preorder they were giving $700 for that phone. Two people helped me, Kelsey and a man who's name I don't remember (he has bought lots of tvs though if that narrows it down). There were issues with ordering and we had to redo the order, I was showed on the screen that I was doing the trade in deal and was told that I'd be receiving communication in the next few days how I can turn the phone in either by mail or dropping off at a store. I've received no emails, and per the call center there is nothing on the order regarding a trade in. They said to go back to the store which is 2.5 hours away to try to get it resolved, and they are "unable" to contact the store for me.
I'm hoping this can get resolved, because now I will only get $175 for the phone if I do a trade in apart from the preorder, due to an error that employees made.
I would have traded it in to T-Mobile and gotten more if i knew this was going to happen.
Both employees were super nice and helpful, just hoping one of them remembers so this can get fixed and I don't have to suffer due to system error or negligence.
