I had 2 great experiences this week at this apple location. I am not very technologically knowledgeable, so I appreciated the service and help provided. Norr, Scott, Tony, and Dillon all helped troubleshoot the transfer from my old phone to the new, as well as helped with online orders. Shoutout to all of them for their patience with me, and instilling confidence in the process. Great to have their positive attitudes and guidance on from start to finish. šš

New update sucks everything has changed on my Apple Music FaceTime in contacts I keep on hanging up on people and calling the wrong people because of this because of muscle memory and instead of flipping around the camera I hang up on

Apple Woodland my first Apple AI class. I came to figure out a plan to bring my Apple iPhone 14, my older iPad & MacBook up to AI capabilities. Allen, our instructor, was right on. He explained how AI is built into Apple products and demonstrated how to use AI. See photos. Left the class with a plan that fits my budget (Iām retired with limited funds). For me it is to purchase the IPhone 17.

Went to this Apple Store to purchase an IPhone. Got waited on immediately. Was assigned to Daishi. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and patient. The purchase, trade-in etc. went smoothly and quickly. Then she ran into a major snag with my carrier (Total Wireless) in transferring my service. After trying every way possible to do it online, she talked and explained the problems she was having to 4 different customer service representatives. They finally transferred her to someone that could actually figure out how to activate their service on my new phone. Iām up and running now and happy with my new phone and the service I received at this Apple Store.

I was in the process of activating my new iPhone when I had an issue with the process and my Apple account. Went to the store expecting a long wait but they helped fix the issue, got the phone activated, and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. I am very happy with my first experience in the Apple store.
