Exceptional Service! quickly took care of a phone problem that No one could. One of the most reliable cricket store out there. Current Cricket customer Did not purchase from their store but still helped me through issues that could not be resolved through Crickets customer service. Will purchase next phone from here! Highly recommend.

I came in with issues with my SIM card and the new lady assisted me without me having to buy a new SIM card. I’m thankful and happy she was able to help me. I will be returning.
