  Got with this dumb service, and this dude told me a different price for the phone bill after i just cut my old service off😡😡😡never again and he was rude and disrespectful I repeat stay away from this place

  I came in with issues with my SIM card and the new lady assisted me without me having to buy a new SIM card. I’m thankful and happy she was able to help me. I will be returning.

  Amazing customer service! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and they helped me find the best phone deal and plan. The store is super clean and organized. Highly recommend this Cricket store
