  Just stopped at 7:14pm to buy a new phone and the lady inside the store said they were closed. However, online it states they are open till 8pm. I guess we will just stay with AT&T and keep our contract.

  Went to this location and specifically asked if I purchased a certain “unlimited” plan that was available online if I could later add international calling to this plan since I was going to Japan later that year. They said yes that was possible just went to add it… and guess what… not possible. I also prepaid for a year one month ago as that was the plan purchased so unfortunately I can’t cancel. Also went to transfer a phone a couple months ago and wanted to make sure there was no carrier or sim lock on the phone they told me there was not and proceeded to transfer the number. A few weeks later the phone stopped working because there in fact was a lock on the phone but it worked with cricket/att carriers. Sounds like there needs to be better training for more complex issues and not just guess the answers at the moment.

  Once again Jen out did herself! I cracked my screen & got a new phone. Im clueless on transferring information from old one to the new one! She not only got my number transferred and working but also showed me how to easily transfer my information! Cricket in Fremont is the only Cricket I will go to as long as Jens there. We have been in there several times switching carriers and got awesome customer service EVERYTIME! Thanks Jen for going above and beyond everytime for your customers!

  Cricket Wireless in Fremont is Awesome! Liz & Jennifer are amazing! I received excellent customer service beyond my expectations!! Tried to port my number from AT&T using the online Cricket app, it didnt work, so went into the Fremont Store for assistance! Liz & Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of the store with my number on my phone! Highly recommend going to the Fremont Cricket Store and see Liz or Jennifer! DON'T use the Cricket App when switching carriers! Let the pros, Liz or Jennifer do the work for you! Thank you so much!! 💓
