  First time using geek squad. Was told to go by my cellphone provider due to an iphone insurance claim. The guy with stretched ears was extremely rude and talked to me like I should have known I was supposed to make an appointment. Let alone there was another guy and no one in line. Also says online that he's booked for several days, but was able to make an appointment with another location extremely easy. I will never go to this store again, nore will I recommend this location to anyone. It's worth the drive to not be talked to like an idiot.

  Terrible service, sent my device back to me unfixed and factory reset, good thing I was able to get a replacement device from the company I’m financing the handheld from, please hire people that are tech savvy and know how to diagnose and fix an issue, seems like these guys just used AI to try and fix the issue, absolutely terrible

  First time using Geek Squad. Isaac assisted us so easily installing Tracking device we purchased for our cat. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, patient with us old folks. An no charge since it wasn't equipment being left for repair. Pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Who knew...would definitely consider them again for our future tech issues...no more pulling our hair out...lol.

  Waited 3 days. Had one person call me on day 2. Make a plan on what the plan of action was for my desktop. Then the next day had a different person call me to make the exact same plan. What was the point of the first person calling me? Clearly a lack of communication. Then i asked to confirm they had the hard drive i was looking for in store. Got the confirmation they had it in stock. 6 hours later get a call that nope its not in stock need to pick another one. Then it was oh when we put this new hard Drive in its going to wipe your operating system. I say ok. Please install an operating system. Well that is going to be an additional 100 dollars. i say ok that's fine. Pick up my desktop. No operating system. LUCKILY all it takes is plugging in a flash drive with it on it for someone to install the operating system. Not sure why i need to pay 100 dollars for them to plug in a flash drive. My PC already had an operating system on the old Drive. And so all they had to do was literally plug in a flash drive as they didn't have to pay for a key as my system already had a key. Overall was very disappointed with my service and the fact that it took 3 days to install a simple Hard drive. Now reading the reviews i wish i would have went anywhere else. Sadly this geek squad is not good. I had a very different experience with the geek squad in Tampa where i am from. Sadly the experience does not translate throughout the company.
