  I walked into Best Buy just looking at consoles, thinking about whether upgrading from my old-gen Xbox to a Series X in 2026 would even be worth it. Ashton came over to help me out, and instead of just pushing a sale, he actually gave me real advice. He broke down why buying a new console right now might not be the best move and explained how I could get way more value going the PC route instead of dropping a bunch of money on a system that’s already a few years into its life cycle. Honestly, I appreciate him for that—because I probably would’ve just spent my money on a newer console without really thinking it through. Instead, he helped me step back and look at the smarter long-term option.

  I found a hard to find Lenovo Legion Go 2 Z2 Extreme with 32 GB of RAM. The price was a little bit high, but the item was flawless and came with an excellent warranty. Excellent customer service and a fantastic selection. They run sales from time to time and have a rewards program and offers to get a Best Buy Credit Card Account if you are eligible which makes things great if you choose to pay off the item within a year for no interest on your purchases ! Overall a very good store & great staff members.

  We purchased appliances from this store and the employees went above and beyond. Beth, Grant, Cezar, and Justin were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Next time I need something, this store will be my one and only stop! Highly recommend!!!

  My husband and I had an outstanding experience at this location yesterday. We came in shopping for a new car radio and we were lucky enough to be assisted by Michael. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to be thorough, ensuring we understood all our options. It was clear that he genuinely cared about us getting high quality products and was patient with all of the questions we had. His down to earth attitude made the whole process stress free. There was another customer that came up needing assistance and even though he was busy with us he went out of his way to find immediate help for him in such a professional friendly manner. Very impressed with the customer service he provided to us and other customers.
